These food lists of gluten free manufactured foods have been compiled from data supplied by food manufacturers.
While every care has been taken to ensure that information is accurate, product ingredients can change without notice and human errors can occur. For the purposes of the gluten free list the MFD has followed the current FSANZ Food Standards Code:
Standard 1.2.8 Claims in relation to gluten content of food
A claim to the effect that a food is gluten free must not be made in relation to a food unless the food contains no
(a) detectable gluten; and
(b) no –
(i) oats or their products; or
(ii) cereals containing gluten that have been malted, or their products
Products produced by companies other than those listed may be appropriate for inclusion on this list but the MFD has not been supplied with relevant data.
Any change in products and new data that is supplied to the MFD will be updated on the website and users are urged to review these listings regularly.
